In the interactive Focus Group sessions we will learn philosophical concepts to help us make sense of experiences that can sometimes leave us confused:
- Navigating thinking and feeling when they pull us in different directions
- Caring for others and taking care of ourselves
- Being open to others while being authentic
- Developing a sense of belonging while having a good sense of independence
- Engaging in the world of digital media while being free in the face of pressures and expectations
- Living by truth and for love
The sessions will weave together learning concepts, working out practical applications, journaling and discussions.
